We need personal contact and so much of that is limited right now.  However, from an opportunistic standpoint, this means that video sessions are available more easily.  This means that I can meet with you no matter where you are and you have more access to sessions.

What to expect with telehealth:  I strive to have a seamless online client portal where you can access your account and any material we share.  This is compliant with all health care privacy (HIPAA) laws.  We can meet via an online videoconference platform and you have more flexibility to meet your needs during the week.  No coming to an office with additional travel time.  I also see folks in my home office in-person if you like that; I’m right across from a T-stop and parking is easy.
